Pork, Chops- Bone-In

Bone-In Pork Chops are cut from the loin of the pig and the bone is left in. There is also usually some fat that helps connect the meat to the bone.

They can be cooked on the grill or baked in the oven. They take a little longer to cook than boneless chops, but some say they are more tender.
